For my final outcome, I have decided to place my collages in pairs , separated by my illustrations of the foliages found at the different florists. I have decided to not adhere the illustrations to the back of the collages in the end as I wanted people looking at my collages to be able to place the collages where they want and play around with moving the collages to where they want them to be. I have also decided to package the collages along with my editorial booklet within my envelope as I felt that due both outcomes surrounding the same subject, it would be really nice to be able to incorporate both outcomes within one package.
This project has taught me a lot about textures and how I can incorporate different textures within my work in order to reflect the textures out in the world. By being able to experiment with so many textures and collage elements throughout this project. Furthermore, this project as also taught me through trial and error to focus more on ideas as ideas are the more important factor about my work. The design aspect of my work and how visually pleasing it is still matters however in the grand scheme of things, the ideas is what drives my work most. I am now very confident in using collaging as a way of conveying across narrative and therefore collaging would be a path I would like to go down again in the future.
